"Why did you not inform me?" He left her at once. All the desires doused by her words.

She looked at his chest and then at his face and sighed. "It's a shame that you are interested in talking instead." 

"Anastasia.."

"What… I know it was her because her face is often filled with guilt. She looked at me with sad eyes and was ready to please me as much as she could." Ana shrugged as if it did not matter that She could have died in that accident. "She must have believed that I was going to hurt Emma. Or I am just like them. She had lost her trust in me and made a mistake."

Garrison's jaw ticked. His eyes showed how he was holding his rage and trying to reason with her foolish explanation.

"You should have thrown her in the prison. Or better, should have killed her at once." Ana raised a brow and laughed, shaking her head.
