"My husband will never cheat on me." she announced coldly "therefore i do not need to follow you. Now leave my way." she pushed him and walked past him.

But as she took a few steps, she felt the corridor had changed. 

"Am I forgetting my way?" she mumbled softly as there should be the room where they have rested. But she could not find it.

"She is not my mother." Ana paused and looked in the opposite direction when she heard the voice, "my mother died when I was young. Duchess Anastasia is the only wife to my father. I loathe her but i have no choice but to behave sweetly" 

Ana paused in her tracks with her eyes widened. Rowan was sitting with the countess with a dark look on his face as he despised her and spoke ill of her to a stranger.

"Oh dear, that must be hard! Why did you not tell her the truth that you do not like her?" she asked in a worried voice as she passed another cup of tea to Rowan. Ana's brows furrowed. Could it be the tea?
