He doesn't want to close off the borders of this magic world and the muggle world.
The more a thing is the less previous it becomes.
If magicians became rare then there will be a day they will be hunted like dogs with no place to hide.
So Vicky wanted to change this.
He don't know if his parents are alive or not but he wanted to save them if they are alive and avenge them if they are dead.
But first he has to think of a way to simulate.
For his birthday he specifically asked Mrs. Zabini for some pocket money.
There is a wide collection of books in the library from the 7 husbands of Mrs. Zabini.
Vicky has the chance to read them all.
Well the books related to the dark arts were kept in a different place by her.
So, all the books here are normal study books that can give Vicky some good amount of knowledge.
But he is not idle enough to read all these books and waste a lot of time.
He wanted to use the simulation to gain all the knowledge in those books.
His study process would start with history and some of the important facts then.
Unfortunately he did not have that big amount of gold gallons.
His entire funds amount to only 5 gold galleon.
But he cannot hope that the 5 gold galleons can let him read the books for 350 weeks.
Based on the information from the system even buying the memories from the system would need him to spend money.
The memories that he want to buy can cost based on the value of the memory based on the system.
This means that he can only use 1 galleon for simulation while saving 4 galleons for buying the memories.
Since the funds are tight Vicky wanted to change his targets and priorities.
He changed his targets to basics, history, and some knowledge about this world's muggles development.
While he made the decision it was already after noon and Mrs. Zabini asked them to go to sleep with the help of some nanny.
After thinking of that Vicky pretended to sleep and started his simulation spending 1 gold galleon.
Based on the count it should be around 493 days or about 70 weeks which should be around 16 months.
Immediately the simulation panel started.
It went on by days where Vicky would go to library every day to study.
Other than that his daily routine has some exercise plan studying his body potential, studying from the teachers arranged for him and Blaise.
These courses contain, math, history, eloquent, etiquette….
Well Vicky doesn't need them as he already learnt them all in his previous assassin life for various reasons.
Right now he is only 5 years old and cannot show his maturity.
It will cause him problems.
In the simulation he learnt all the basics in the first month then he moved on to history that took him around 5 months.
After that he learnt the basics of magic and other important things related to this world along with world history.
This took him longer than expected which is around 8 months.
There are around 2 and half months left for him to learn.
Vicky used that time to learn about the political details of the current muggle world and magic world.
The more he learnt the more he became interested in the simulation.
From the simulation details it said that Vicky calculated that the current muggle world technology is around 15 years slower than that of the human technology back on earth at that time.
After the simulation he looked at the options.

After Vicky looked at the list and selected the things that he wanted which has reached around 3 gold galleons and 15 silver shillings.
The face of Vicky darkened because this means he will only be left with 2 silver shillings.
Even though he knows this he cannot do anything about it.
So he just bought the entire thing resulting in his brain flooded with all the new information.
He has a head ache.
It was so strong that he fainted on the spot.
Even in his sleep he has this dream of all the things mixed in forming a nightmare.
Finally by the time it was evening Vicky woke up with all the memories sorted out.
He sighed by the amazing amount of information in his brain.
With the basics done Vicky moved on with his birthday party in the evening.
Even though he was being raised by Mrs. Zabini many people were called for his birthday party.
For those people Vicky was introduced as the son of her brother.
Many kids from the rich families arrived here which included Draco, pansy, Daphne and her sister Astoria….
Vicky was very happy to play with them in that evening.
"It is too much tiring to act like a kid.
Fortunately I am good at acting if not I would have showed many flaws.
Sigh…
A dignified assassin king like me has reduced to use my acting skills to act like a kid in front of these morons.
This should be my punishment for not taking cheating that countries head with his wife and daughter…

As Vicky thought there are some adults but all of them are mothers of the children that came to his birthday party.
All of them are beauties in their own right.
Unfortunately they married to some snob...…
