Hade stumbled and whirled around in utter shock.

He could not place that voice! But more importantly, just how the hell had the mysterious entity gotten so close to him without his noticing?!

The owner of the voice was a man with black hair, donning a tailored white tunic, with intricate silver embroidery along the trim.

Pairing the tunic, he wore a slim-fitted midnight blue trousers, with subtle shimmering patterns, as if reflecting the misty purple night sky itself.

To complete his fashionable getup, were a pair of sturdy and versatile ebony leather boots, designed to offer comfort and complete freedom of movement.

The man had luscious, neck-length black hair, high cheekbones, and a flawless ivory skin. Most mesmerizing of all, however, were his unique eyes wherein the irises shone like a pair of brilliant diamonds.

Shaking his head and pretending to be perfectly composed, Hade asked in a cool voice, "Who are you?"
