Chapter 61: Making a decision (II)

"I choose option 2," Hade said decisively.

Professor Calley's eyebrows arched up in surprise as she looked at him, astounded.

She was not so much shocked by the decision itself but rather, by the level of confidence and certainty with which he had said it, as if option 2 was the only obvious choice.

'Did my speech perhaps change his mind?' Calley wondered to herself.

To some extent, she had actually expected him to go with the personal dormitory.

"If you don't mind me asking, why choose option two?" she asked, just to confirm.

If anything, his tense match with Quinn a few days ago had only proved that the two of them were not really on the best of terms. This was clearly Hade's best opportunity to get rid of that entire problem.

Naomi also turned to Hade seemingly waiting for his response too. The only reason she had even picked the artifact was because it was the most valuable reward of the three.
