Sheila and Freddy's eyes were wide in shock as they saw everything from a perspective that Stanley couldn't.

To Stanley, the world moved slowly as he weaved in and through the monster's attacks while attacking them back. They were like puppets that just stood there and let him attack.

However, the outsiders who couldn't experience time any differently like Stanley could, they saw what was truly happening on the battlefield.

Stanley was a blur in his fight against the Crawler, moving at a speed that made it impossible for either of the two to keep track of him. They only saw a streak and then at the next moment a falling limb of a Crawler.
