Chapter 148: Meeting the Commanding General Again

Arlan suddenly laughed after seeing them fight for the chance of survival. They didn't even hesitate to betray their own people. 

"I've heard everything that I want to hear." Arlan muttered as he left the room. 

"Sir, wait! Please don't go so soon! We are willing to negotiate with you!" 

"Sir, bring me to the police! I will confess everything!" 

Arlan waved his hand without looking back. After he left the room, he saw Codename 01 standing outside with a calm look on his face. 

"You guys stay here and keep an eye on them. Don't let them escape. I still have some use for them." Arlan said as he took out his phone. He scrolled through his contacts and searched for Lieutenant General Rivera's contact information. 

Ring! Ring! Ring!

"Hello! This is Lieutenant General Rivera speaking." The commanding general answered the call in a stern voice.
