Wolfe wasn't the only one that had noticed the immediate and looming issues in the city, and many of the others had solutions that they were looking for Wolfe to solve.

The mages, in particular, saw this as a huge opportunity for them. They had come to Forest Grove in the hopes that it was safer for them than the politically charged atmosphere at home, but they had settled in quickly, and the people of Forest Grove made them feel like friends.

That didn't change the fact that they were still one of the smallest factions, even with the influx of students to the Academy.

Having all these new potential students, and casual magic users, available to them seemed like the perfect opportunity to bring more of their allies here.
