Chapter 410: The truth

After going to a restaurant and visiting the harbour, they silently strolled on the sidewalk while holding hands.

Derek had a small smile on his lips as he stared at the side features of Li Mei's radiant face. 

She was so happy that he doubted he had ever seen her in such a pleasant mood before.

Li Mei seemed to have lost all her powers as she acted like an ordinary girl on a date with her lover.

"I never knew Derek Silver had such a cute, gentle side," she beamed while hopping as she walked.

Her red lips curled when she saw him snort. 

"I'm hungry," Li Mei said, dragging Derek toward the restaurant in the distance. 

She easily moved through the crowded sidewalk while pulling Derek, who kept on with her pace.

After a short while, they both sat on a glass square table which had four seats.

"Thanks," Li Mei smiled at the waiter, who quickly backed away from this seductive beauty or he might lose himself.
