Chapter 71: Strange Traps

Edol ducked under a low-hanging web, his eyes still trained on the ground despite the strings of white webs nearly catching on his hair.

"Hold up, there's another. I'll move it to the side again."

Earth element mana spread from below the Brit's feet, moving forwards before encountering a tangle of elementless mana a meter away.

Immediately after entering the web-filled cavern, Edol discovered a stability trap. Moving it aside, he took another step forward… and encountered another trap. The place was littered with them.

'This is already the fifteenth one, and we're only halfway through the room! It is a bit confusing, though. Why are there only stability traps in here?'

It was lucky for Edol, as the only trap he knew how to handle was a stability one. All of them he encountered here were identical, and soon he was able to deal with them in a matter of seconds.
