Chapter 4: Chapter 4: The Lion Cub
"I'm suggesting that you join Cloud 9 Royal Palace as a servant to my daughter." Garner said.
"So, you want me to acknowledge that I'm an eunuch and serve your daughter. It will only happen in your wildest dreams, old man." He said it scornfully.
'Oh boy, You are not getting my point. If you join the Royal Palace as a servant of my daughter, you will be treated as a royal subordinate.
You can have access to Qi manuals, and you don't need to pledge your alliance to anyone."
Garner replied.
Reynold does not understand what "Qi manuals or cultivation are. But with Garner's words, he can guess that it is for levelling up strength.
""More than that, I've got my own selfish reason to send you there."" Garner said it with his head down.

"Even though the Cloud 9 King has offered a daughter-in-law position to my Juri, he did not specify which one of his sons is going to marry her.

He came to a sudden stop and started searching for the sweet aroma in the air. There is a attractive smell coming from his right side.
After walking for half a mile, he saw golden-colored fruit with a thick lustre.
There is a large white tiger protecting it like a mother caring for her child.
Without much thought, he started walking towards the fruit. The tiger became alert and came running towards him.
Reynold took a long stride and gave a punch with full force. The tiger's head shattered like a cake.
Without much thought, he took the fruit and ate it.
The fruit is really delicious. After eating this one fruit, he almost regained his full energy. It gave him a small tingling sensation along his nerves.
"What a delicious fruit! I must find more."
""Before walking away, a small, white stone entered his vision. He picked it up.
Its surface is smooth, like milky stone. It gave him a refreshing feeling.""
""What a beautiful stone. I must ask that old man what is it.""
He examined it for few minutes. He kept the white stone in his pocket and left more deep into the forest.
After entering the core area, he encountered more powerful animals. Reynold knew that he was no match for these dangerous animals.
"It's better to return to the village. If I do not stop going forward, I may not return alive."
Just as he decided to return, he saw a bull large enough to fill a normal house. The bull is thick and black. It is constantly staring at him with its deep red eyes.
"I'm definitely not a match for it"
Without thinking much, he started running away. In between, he tried to change his direction and took many detours along big trees.
But whatever he has done, the bull has always stayed behind him.
With this pace, the bull is definitely going to catch him.
After a long chase, he started climbing a big tree. The bull stopped its chase.
It took a few steps backward and hammered the tree with its long horns. Before the bull's strength, the tree did not hold much longer. After a few hits, the entire large tree broke down.
""I'm definitely going to dye today. I should not have entered this deep. What a shame that the King of Leo Caln, who controlled the world on his finger tips, is going to die here.""
Reynold thought this was the end for him.
Just before the bull went to kill him, a small lion cub came from his leo kernel.
The cub stroked the bull's neck with its paw.The entire bull's head separated from the body. The cub gave another punch to the bull's head. It was shattered like tofu.
There is a small yellow-colored gem in the bull's head.
While Reynolds was still watching from the side, the cub ate the yellow gem. It gave a satisfied expression after consuming it.
""Stop staring at me. Is there a butterfly on my face?""How many times should I protect your sorry ass kid". The lion cub said disdainfully.
Even though the lion cub was yelling at him, Reynold did not hear a single word.
He was hundred percent sure that the lion cub was saying something. But, even after a long time, he did not hear a single sound.
"Ha… What a waste... He does not have any qi in his body to understand my words."
The lion cub entered Leo kernel with a dull expression.
Reynold did not understand how a lion cub came from Leo kernal. Actually, the Leo Kernel Spirit was a mighty lion, which was double the size of an elephant.
Even after long thought, he did not get why a small cub came from the kernel.
He set this matter aside and started his journey towards the village.
By the time Reynold reached the village, it was already nighttime. Just before he reached garner's house, he heard a lady calling for him.
"Hey , why are you not responding? I'm calling you, man."
Just after turning around, he saw a petite young girl. The girl was carrying a long sword in her hand. She was Lady Juri, the chief's daughter.
"Why are you carrying a sword every time? It's not like someone will come to kill you."
Seeing the playful look on Reynolds, Lady Juri got irritated.
"You are a servant brought by my father. You should respect this lady. When you ever see me, you have to bow before me and respectfully call me princess." Lady Juri said it angrily.
He did not take her words seriously.
"Stop calling me Hey, my name is Rocky Reynold. You can call me Reynold if you like." He said it in a casual way.
But the girl did not satisfied with Reynold's reply. She got more irritated.
That's not what I'm asking. You should learn how to behave like a servant. The girl yelled at him.
What a nave girl, really thinking that I would bow before her.
"Hey, why are you not replying? Are you thinking of anything funny? Don't forget that I can kill you with a single slice of my sword."
She said this while showing her sword to him.
"Little girl, stop threatening people with your sword. I never said that I was your servant. So stop calling me names."
Without waiting for her reply, he left for his room.
""Hey....hey... I'm not finished. Why are you leaving?"" The lady Juri started shouting behind him.
But he did not stop.
