"Thank you system"
Considering my current physical strength doing all these workout might affect the batting and bowling performances.
But one of the things I learnt from my previous life is that Fielding plays the most important role in cricket and is often overshadowed by Batting and Bowling.
So I think Reflexive training is solely dedicated to fielding. Let me ask the system to confirm.
"System, Can you please tell me more about reflexive training while I do the workout drill"
[Sure Host!!]
[
Reflexive training is an essential component of cricket fielding. This type of training focuses on improving the player's reaction time, agility, and coordination, which are crucial for successful fielding. Cricket fielding requires quick reflexes and the ability to react instantly to the ball's movement. Therefore, players who undergo reflexive training are better equipped to handle the challenges of fielding.
Reflexive training involves a variety of drills that are designed to improve the player's reaction time. These drills may include catching drills, footwork drills, and reaction drills, all of which help players develop their hand-eye coordination and improve their response time. In addition to these drills, players may also practice specific fielding positions and work on their technique to improve their overall fielding ability.
One effective method of reflexive training is the use of reaction balls. These specially designed balls are unpredictable in their bounce and movement, making them an excellent tool for improving a player's reflexes. Reaction ball drills involve throwing the ball at a wall or surface and catching it as it bounces back. This type of training helps players develop their hand-eye coordination and improve their reaction time.
But as you gain skills from levelling up you will reflexes will get more and more precise and your catching and run out efficiency also gets improved in many ways. And in future you will get access to hologram skill. This skill uses holograms to create virtual fielding scenarios, allowing players to practice and improve their skills in a simulated environment. With hologram training, you can use your imagination to control the scenarios and adjust the difficulty level, making it a highly personalized and effective training method.]
After receiving the system message, I immediately completed my daily workout routine, consisting of push-ups, squats, sit-ups, and a 2.1 km run, leaving me feeling exhausted. To maintain my mental strength, I then spent some time meditating.
Next, I engaged in some cricket practice by shadow-batting for 30 minutes and bowling 60 balls at a plastic paint bucket, as I did not have access to wickets. This allowed me to improve my skills and hone my techniques in the absence of proper equipment.]
As soon as I completed my daily task, I got a notification.
[Ding!]
[Congratulations Host You levelled up!]
