Chapter 82: Chapter 81 Engagement Party 10
"I really didn't think of booking a hotel room earlier. But not to worry we'd get a place to stay!" Carie said.
We just arrived in Paris and Carie forgot to book a hotel before hand, wow so like her' I thought. "We're definitely sleeping on the streets of Paris!" I murttered under my breath as we got out of the jet. I wondered how we'd get a taxi by 9pm to the hotel we'd be staying in.
"Welcome Madam Wilson!" An advanced man in a well ironed tuxedo walked up to us. "Yes Trish, take our bags please!" Carie said. I was astonished by her reaction, "Thought you said we had no place to stay?" I asked to see her laugh out loudly.
"Why would we not have a place to stay baby. You should know when I'm messing with you!" She said and i rolled my eyes. We got into the Limo parked at the jet terminal, Trish placed our bags in the boot of the car. He got into the car and drove off.
We arrived at an estate after a thirty minutes drive, the estate had vast lands, one would get missing if they ever tried to come this here. I think it we took an hour or two to arrive in front of a white gate, it looked wierd cause there was no bodyguards at the entrance of the gate. I guess I was now used to Alex's craziness.
"Whose house is this?" "It's Alex's house, it's a good thing I get to see all his houses. All thanks to you!" She said enthusiastically.

Berverly walked through the familiar hallways of the Wilson's Mansion elegantly pausing before a familiar black door. She was happy when grandma and Avery told her about Carie and Hazel's trip to France and Alex was back home. She was beaming bwith excitement.
To Berverly this was the perfect opportunity for her to get her man back. She walked in here confidently but couldn't get in when she arrived, for some reasons she was anxious. The last two times she met Alex he rejected her, and she had thought it was because Hazel was present, but the first time, Hazel was not there.
She took in deep breaths and held the door knob, but it twisted before she could. The face of the man she loves the most appeared before her. "Berverly!" He called her name like he used to and her heart skipped. She loved this man so much, she loved him more than anything, he was her first everything.
"What are you doing here?" Alex asked, he was about heading out with Ben and Lukas when he saw her here. "My feet knows we're they belong!" She said.
"I didn't know you're around, I came to see grandma!" She added. "I'm heading out, with my friends come along!" He offered. "Uhm, no I'm so sorry, I have other important stuffs to do!"
"Okay!" He closed the door behind him. "Uhm Alex!" "He met her gaze, "Can I take a tour around your room, I really miss it!" "The place is not the same anymore!" Came Alex's reply. He loved every bit of the torture she was going through, he wanted to pay her for the pain she cost him.
"Fine get me out of your life like I was never there, like I never existed. You've forgotten so soon what we shared cause of another woman. You've forgotten how many times you confessed your love for me, yes I went out with your cousin, but that was to spite you Alex!" She cried.
"I never once stopped loving you Alex. You said you weren't ready to get married but you're married now. So what happens to me? What happens to us? You've forgotten so soon everything we shared together. Tell me if you want me out of your life, and I'll go and never return. I just... I just love you so much why can't you see that!" Berverly cleaned her tears with the back of her hands waiting for his reply.
"It's alright, I'll go!" She tried walking away when she got nothing from him, but Alex was quick to stop her, he held her wrist meeting her gaze. "Wipe those tears from your eyes Berv, I never said I stopped loving you, did I?" He used his thumb to clean the tears from her eyes.
"But you....!" He buried her words in his mouth and Berverly returned the kiss. Her little plans worked perfectly, now she'll show Xavier who owns the Billoniares heart.
