Chapter 14: Suffering part2

I rushed back to my room and when I opened the gift I got to know it was one of the gifts she bought when we were on a honeymoon trip.

It was a pendant to which my photo was attached and the other photo side was empty. I said in my heart why did you only attach my pictures where's yours?

I suddenly saw a letter and when I unwrapped the letter I was amazed that how did she know my reaction would be like this?

She said dear Karl, my lovely husband, first of all, I love you, and secondly, I didn't attach any photos to another part of the pendant because you will know soon.

You shouldn't be impatient and keep patient. Each task that I run is fortunate for you because I will never hurt you.

The letter ended with advice and I was feeling like she was never dead and was watching me through cameras fitted in my room.

I searched every corner of our room but I failed to get any camera. I sobbed then cleaned my face. I took a bath, got refreshed and changed clothes.
