Chapter 11: Mother.

"I will not stand for this!" Odin slammed his fist on the arm of his throne in anger. He just witnessed Thor get thrashed around like a ragdoll by Ragna and was completely fed up.

"But Your Majesty, what of the consequences?" One of his advisors said warily and Odin huffed in anger, "If I have to fight that woman than so be it, I will grovel in her presence no longer! Rally up the forces, we are vanquishing that little pest right here today!" Odin ordered and soon Asgard's forces were rallied and Odin stood above them with Gungnir in his hand.

"ASGARD! TODAY WE MARCH WITH THE SAME INTEGRITY AS WE DID CENTURIES BEFORE! TODAY WE MARCH, TODAY WE CONQUER, TODAY OUR ENEMIES SHALL FALL AND THEY WILL FEEL THE MERCY OF AN ASGARDIAN BLADE! RISE MY SOLDIERS!" Odin yelled and morale was through the roof. Loud "hoorahs" could be heard throughout Asgard and a large rainbow beam swept the army away.

--------

(POV: Ragna)

As my soldiers were gathering the fallen Avengers, I felt a very powerful magical signature headed towards Planet Dusk. I immediately ordered a complete lockdown of the city, as I knew who was coming.

Moments later, a rainbow colored beam came crashing down in the same grassy plain and an army walked out. This army was easily 100,000 strong and the leader of this army was nonother than Odin himself.

The sheer amount of Organic Energy he held within began to distort space and I threw up in fear. I could hear my heart pounding and I wanted to move but I couldn't. This was the strength of a true Deity.

"Boy, I was willing to let you live, but you've gone overboard with my son and now I have to end your life along with any trace of your existence, blame your mother," Odin said as he aimed Gungnir at me and fired a beam of pure magical energy that was so fast I could even react to it.

As the beam almost hit me, I saw a few black feathers majestically float in the wind. I felt the pressure Odin was releasing ease up and I gained the strength to move around. When I realized the beam didn't hit me, I looked at the person who blocked it.

Calling this woman beautiful would be smearing her honor, she was beyond beauty, she was ethereal. She had eight pairs of ethereal black wings, her long pitch black hair seemed to hold all the stars in the universe, her pale white skin glistened in the sun, her purple eyes seemed to hold galaxies, and she was dressed in a long flowing black dress that held stars within.

"It seems I didn't warn you good enough Odin, I'll make sure to make an example out of you," The woman's soft voice was filled to the brim with anger. I only had one question in my mind, 'Who is she?'

As if to answer my question, she turned around and let out the most motherly smile I've ever received, "Hello my little boy, I didn't want for us to meet in this way, but it seems the beings of this universe don't know fear..." she patted my head before turning her attention to the massive army.

"Because I don't want my son thinking I'm some anger-filled, mass murderer, I'll allow you to withdraw your army and simply forget about this day," The woman, my mother, said and the Asgardian's didn't like that one bit.

"Your son has wreaked havoc across this universe like it was his playpen! I will not stand for it any longer! Especially when my son was the target of his playing!" Odin yelled and my mother laughed, "Do you know why he acts like that? Because this universe IS his playpen. He can do whatever he wants, to whomever he wants, however he likes, why? Because he's the son of Nyx, Primordial Goddess of the Night, and the strongest being in existence. So, if MY SON wants to have this universe wiped off the map, then it will happen!" My mother's rage flared across the battle field, and all 100,000 Asgardians were reduced to nothing, like literally, they fizzled out of existence.

Odin could hardly stand anymore and he was on one knee. My mother walked up to him and held him by his neck, "I don't give second chances, but as you said, this is my son's playpen and what right do I have to break one of his toys?" She said before turning to me, "Honey, what do you want to happen to this guy?"

Odin served no purpose anymore, "You can kill him, he's useless in the grand scheme of things." Odin's eyes widened and my mother released a black liquid from her hands and it ate Odin until he turned into a small black ball. My mother floated the ball in her hands and crumbled it into dust before she vanished and I ended up in her very tight grip.

"My little boy is getting so big! I didn't want to me you like this but I couldn't resist when I saw you in danger!" She gushed as she hugged me tighter and I swear I heard a few bones break. She let me go as her figure was becoming more and more transparent.

"Looks like my time is up. I wish I could meet you personally, but If I came here with my real body, this section of the multiverse would cease to exist, so until next time!" She vanished and I felt a bit sad. Asgard is going to be in shambles now that their king is dead. I saw that Gungnir was left on the ground and as I went to pick it up, system notifications bombarded me.

[True Title revealed: Son of Nyx]

[1,000,000 Organic Energy gained]

[Organic Energy converted to Primeval Energy]

[Memories unlocked]

At that very moment my vision turned black and I felt I was floating in an endless space. In that space there was a white light and I traveled to it until I came out on the other side.

I heard crying and I realized it was coming from me, "Congratulations Your Majesty, It is a boy," a mid-wife said as she handed me to the woman I saw previously, my mother.

"Welcome to the world little Tsukuyomi, or should I call you Umbryx? How about both!" She said with her signature warm smile, making me laugh. From then on, I lived through my memories up until a certain point.

"YOU CANNOT TAKE MY SON!" My mother yelled and I hid behind her leg, I was around six years old right about now. The person she was yelling at was a golden haired man with a halo in the shape of a crown above his head, "Nyx, you know better than I do that if you allow Tsukuyomi to stay in Heaven, he will become a liability once the war begins," The man said in a soft voice and my mother began to shed tears.

It hurt to see my mother cry. Throughout the duration of my memories, she was always there for me no matter what, and I was her only child. I tugged on her dress and she crouched and smiled, I wiped the tears out of her eyes, "Don't cry mommy, I promise I will be strong!"

My mother's eyes only released more tears but she kept her smile, "Okay baby, then mommy will be strong too!" She said as she hugged me tight and handed me off to the golden haired man. After that, everything went black and I woke up in my bed, with tears streaming down my face.

"Mother..."
