Chapter 2: Judgment
Jacob opened his eyes and woke up in a completely white space and asked himself:
'Am I dead?'
Until suddenly, he heard a deep voice:
"You have finally awakened."
Jacob kept looking from side to side looking for who owned the voice, but after all his attempts, all he saw was a completely white space.
And once again, the voice began to say:
"I wish you had died sooner, but you wouldn't have suffered enough before you died, so your real punishment will begin now! Good luck surviving against the radiation on this planet."
Jacob freaked out thinking he was going to be sent back to that world and started talking desperately:
"Hey! I'm sorry I badmouthed your story, I just wanted to play a prank!"
Before he knew it, white space began to be devoured by black space and quickly, black space completely devoured him, leaving his vision completely black.
Jacob saw his vision completely black and thought his eyes were closed and decided to open them and when he opened them, all he could see were bars in front of him.
He blinked a few times and tried to get up, but noticed that something was holding his arms and when he looked, he realized that he was chained.
Jacob took a deep breath to keep calm and looked down at his legs and noticed that he was chained and said sadly:
"Why is everything going wrong for me?"
He sighed and started to shout:
"Hello! Can anyone hear me?"
At the same moment he began to hear footsteps and suddenly a girl appeared in front of him; her appearance was beautiful, she had snow white hair and beautiful red eyes and she wore silver light armor and had a scar on her mouth.
Jacob and she looked at each other until Jacob decided to cut the mood, saying:
"Can you explain to me why I am chained?"
The girl stared without answering for a few seconds until she finally spoke:
"What is your name."
"Jacob, jacob voss."
"Hm, you seem to exist, but at the same time you don't.... That's really an interesting ability for a spy, jacob voss."
(Explanation: Jacob can easily be mistaken for an object, the absence of mana makes him undetectable to anyone).
Jacob, upon hearing the word "spy", quickly realized that this was a minor misunderstanding and tried to explain himself:
"I'm not a spy, I'm serious! I'm just an ordinary person, isn't there a way you guys can verify that?"
"There is, a mage will come here and use truth magic on you, and if you are lying, you will die on the spot and in case this is all just a misunderstanding, we will release you."
Jacob sighed with relief as he realized that there was still a way out, but suddenly, he felt a strange premonition and asked:
"What is your name?"
"My name is Astrid."
Jacob heard that name and was startled and reflected:
'Wait, isn't that the girl the protagonist had sex with in chapter 3? And isn't that the girl who is part of the protagonist's harem? Impossible! It must be some kind of coincidence.'
Suddenly, Jacob felt his stomach and throat start to swell and suddenly, Jacob started vomiting buckets of blood on the floor.
He felt his body shaking completely and a sharp pain in his stomach and he wondered:
'What is happening?'
Astrid looked at Jacob vomiting blood and spoke in a calm tone:
"Hm... is this some kind of trap? Because we healed your injuries and I'm sure no one else hurt you, so there's no reason for you to start vomiting so much blood..."
Jacob looked at her and began to speak angrily:
"Damn it, I'm going to die eventually if you don't help me!"
Astrid sighed and started to move out of the place and all Jacob could hear, were the sounds of footsteps moving away.
He leaned against the wall where the chains were and started coughing up more and more blood, Jacob felt a hellish burn all over his body, but strangely he didn't scream or yell in pain.
Jacob was praying that the pain would cause his mind to pass out, but unfortunately, his prayers were not answered.
Jacob's body was trying to adapt to this mana and resist its effects, and if it worked, Jacob would become a new type of human, something never seen before, but if it went wrong, his body would not be able to adapt and Jacob would die.
Jacob lay down and began to think, trying to forget this pain:
'I couldn't even say goodbye to my family, what must they be feeling right now noticing that I was gone? Probably guilt or pain. I really hate this feeling...'
Just as he was about to continue thinking, he felt his vision blur and before he could do anything, he felt an unbearable pain in his brain and suddenly Jacob collapsed with his eyes completely white and his mouth open.

Inside a luxurious hallway in a castle, a boy was kissing a maid.
After a while, the maid stopped and said:
"Should we continue somewhere else or can it be here? Raphael."
Raphael looked to his right side and then to his left and said as he drew his face closer:
"We are alone here..."
But suddenly they heard footsteps and quickly Raphael let go of the maid and looked to his right side and noticed a girl with white hair and red eyes coming towards him and said:
"Astrid? What are you doing here?"
The maid upon seeing Astrid, quickly bowed and said:
"It is an honor to be in your presence, general."
Astrid looked at raphael and asked:
"Weren't we dating?"
Raphael quickly tried to justify himself:
"Calm down, we were just kissing!"
"Sigh, I don't care, let's hurry, we have a trial to attend."
Raphael looked confused at Astrid and asked:
"Trial?"
"Yes, the court will try a man suspected of being a spy for the demon realm, all the heroes summoned will be watching, including you."
"Did a spy appear that quickly? We were summoned five days ago."
"We think it's strange too, but the chance that he is a spy is very high, so we will probably kill him in public so that you heroes will start to mature and accept the violence of this world."
Raphael took a deep breath and asked:
"When will it start?"
"In about 15 minutes, so let's go now."
"Sigh, show the way."
Astrid nodded and started walking and Raphael followed her into the trial room...

Author's note:
(Jacob's body was rejecting mana, and the mana was trying to enter his body by force, thus causing this burning in his body).
(The radiation of this world is called mana. Before the god was protecting him from this radiation, but now that his protection is gone, the radiation has started to penetrate his body and is trying to make him evolve, but if his body is not compatible, he will probably die).
