"Yes father.." he muttered gazing at the phone that was still silent.

"Did you fight?" he noticed the peculiarities surrounding his son.

"Yeah I guess I did hurt and embarrass her.." he spoke out honestly.

"Is it because of money? If you aren't gonna spend on her then you just wait and see when someone else spoils her, don't come over to me complaining that she has left you... I came here to ask about something I have noticed." he eyed him before opening his mouth.

" Are you in any kind of danger? You didn't use any of our private cars and also I don't see guards around you.. " his face and aura turned serious.

" I almost got into an accident if it wasn't for Ye Mei's timely warning.. right now I don't know who are the enemies and also the guards are snitches, I don't trust any one of them apart from Wei Tang.. " he has always been honest with his father.
