Chapter 144: Guardians of the Galaxy 5
Natasha saw Jack's outfit and copied it, so they could be disguised. Jack flew and caught the attention of many of Ronan's soldiers. He focused and used his strongest magic to send dozens of lightning bolts to Ronan's ships in the sky.
The pilots of the ships were not expecting to be attacked and didn't think to dodge, so the ships exploded. Everyone was shocked by this sudden attack. Nebula was the first to react and asked the Dark Aster to send more ships and for the ships on the ground to attack Jack.
The ships on the ground started to fly, and Jack shot down some of them with his lightning bolts. Jack's objective was to eliminate the ships that could cause problems for Natasha first, and then he would fight Ronan, who was trying to attack Jack, but Drax was preventing him.
Gamora saw an opportunity to get rid of Ronan and went to fight Nebula to prevent her from controlling Ronan's army. Peter Quill grabbed his weapons and began firing at Ronan's ships as well.
Rocket climbed on Groot's back and began shooting at Ronan's ships too. Seeing this, Yondu knew that if they didn't win, Ronan would kill Peter Quill. So he started whistling and controlling his weapon to kill the soldiers controlling Ronan's ships.
Natasha saw that everyone was fighting and that she wasn't the target of Ronan's ships anymore. She went to help in the fight and faced Korath, Ronan's servant who had fought Peter Quill on Morag. Korath was a genetically modified alien who became stronger because of it.
But Natasha was wearing a Vibranium suit that increased her strength and speed. After the Super Soldier Serum and Extremis, Natasha was already much stronger than a normal human, so she had the advantage in this fight.
Jack was able to know everything that was happening while destroying Ronan's ships. He would use his clones if necessary, but it seemed that it wouldn't be necessary. His clones could be a good secret weapon against Thanos in the future.
Soon the Ravagers also came with smaller ships to help Yondu, the Ravager ships were safe because Ronan's ships were only firing at Jack. Jack was using the Raiton Chakura Mōdo, the Vibranium armor, and a magic shield.
So the lasers from the ships were useless and couldn't even touch Jack. Jack felt that his magic was very strong and he didn't feel mentally tired even after destroying hundreds of ships, because he wasn't using any of the Infinity Stones.
Soon the ships stopped appearing, and those that would descend could be stopped by the Ravagers. Jack went to confront Ronan, who was almost killing Drax, who was preventing him from attacking Jack.
"What do you think you're doing? Do you want to start a war against the Kree empire by attacking me?" Ronan said irritably after losing so many ships.
"I'm not attacking the Kree Empire, I'm just attacking you, Ronan. You thought you could massacre so many planets and no one would ever try to kill you?" Jack said.
"I've been looking for you, Ronan. Now I have an opportunity to kill you, and I'm not going to miss that opportunity," Jack said.
Jack said this and quickly advanced towards Ronan and punched him in the chest, throwing Ronan dozens of meters back. It had been 2 months since Jack started traveling with Natasha, and he now had 1965 tons of strength.
The Raiton Chakura Mōdo tripled Jack's strength, which was now almost 6,000 tons. Ronan had no way of fighting with that strength, after all, every blow from Jack had his maximum strength. Jack moved and quickly reached Ronan, giving him a few more punches, and throwing Ronan meters into the ground.
Jack thought Ronan was stronger, but Ronan seemed to be much weaker than the current Thor who had not awakened his powers. If Jack continued to beat Ronan, he wouldn't even need to open any Inner Gate to kill him.
In this fight, Jack realized that with his current strength, few beings in this universe that were not gods could withstand a fight with him. Seeing this, Jack used the Infernal Stab, putting lightning Chakra in his hands, and decapitated Ronan.
The other warriors stopped fighting when they saw that Jack had killed Ronan. They never expected Ronan to die so easily. Of course, they could not imagine that Jack's apparently ordinary attack could destroy several planets. Moreover, lightning was excellent for cutting through the most powerful defenses.
If Jack could use the Stormbreaker, he would kill Ronan even more easily, but Jack was trying to hide his identity. Natasha had also killed Korath, and Gamora had defeated Nebula.
Drax, Groot, Yondu, and Peter Quill had killed the rest of Ronan's servants, so a fight that had almost destroyed the entire fleet of ships from Xandar and killed many raiders was easily won with Jack's help.
Jack used a portal to disguise the use of the space stone and went into Ronan's ship. Arriving at the Dark Aster, Jack used the Shadow Clone jutsu and created 100 clones. Jack used magic on his clones so that they would not be destroyed by just one attack.
Thus Jack had to wait a little while for his clones to have killed everyone on the Dark Aster. Now this ship was Jack's, and he would not bring it to Earth. He would leave it on the planet where he left Algrim.
After a while, Jack returned to Knowhere. As soon as Jack arrived, everyone looked at him. Powerful warriors were even more valued in space, so even the Nova Corps of Xandar could not do anything about Ronan.
Since Jack had to hide that he was from Earth, he could not openly speak with Peter Quill and the Guardians of the Galaxy. Tivan was also looking at Jack curiously to know who he was. Even so, Jack could not run away since he was not guilty of anything and was not afraid.
"Ronan is dead, my revenge is done. Anyone who wants can take Ronan's head to Xandar. I'm sure they'll pay a good reward for his death, but Ronan's ship is mine," said Jack.
Then Jack pointed at Gamora, Peter Quill, Rocket, Drax, Groot, and Nebula. They tensed up when Jack pointed at them, but they were surprised when Jack created a portal and used telekinesis to take them with him. Natasha just followed him, and the others did not try to stop him.
