Chapter 96: Peace in the Nine Realms
"Jack, I can go with you to help Asgard achieve peace for the nine realms, it's been a long time since I've fought and I want to help you," said Anna.
"I know you're capable, Anna, okay, I'll ask Thor if you can participate. I was able to participate because he allowed it, so he has to authorize you to participate in the fights," said Jack.
Anna kissed Jack happily knowing that she would soon be fighting and getting to know the nine realms that Jack had talked so much about. The next day, Jack asked Thor what he thought and explained how strong Rogue was and the reason why she was hiding on Earth.
"Of course, Jack, if you say your girlfriend is strong, I believe you. The more people who can help bring peace to the nine realms, the better. And don't worry, she won't suffer prejudice here with the warriors of Asgard. After all, we know many aliens and a mutant is normal for us," said Thor, laughing.
And so Rogue joined the warriors of Asgard to end the rebellion of the nine realms. Jack didn't wear his hero outfit while fighting and told everyone that he was the Battle Sage. After all, the enemies of the nine realms couldn't harm him on Earth.
So Jack wore Asgardian armor just like the other warriors while fighting. Anna also received a feminine Asgardian armor and thought it looked very beautiful on her. Jack only asked that they not mention his name to Loki who remained imprisoned.
With Jack and Rogue helping the warriors of Asgard, the rebellions ended quickly. Sometimes after days of fighting, the enemies simply surrendered, seeing that the power of Asgard was even greater than before the fall of the Bifröst.
Jack did a better job than Heimdall in finding hidden enemies and armies, so sometimes he would go alone to face the enemy, and Heimdall would use the Bifröst to send the army of Asgard to where Jack was.
Even so, the battles were many and Jack and Anna stayed with Thor for weeks until the battles of the nine realms ended. Fighting with Jack, Thor was also able to awaken the sleeping power of the god of thunder within him more and more quickly.
Jack could see that Thor's magical potential was truly incredible and had not even begun to be awakened yet. That's why he remembered that in the comics, Thor was always among the strongest heroes and it was his task to kill several powerful enemies of the Avengers.
Jack also learned from training dozens of mutants for over a year how to better teach people, so he could give Thor tips on how to control his potential without seeming like he was teaching and not messing with Thor's pride.
Soon the rebellions ended and the nine realms knew again that it was Asgard that commanded them. Anna, who was the third strongest warrior in the group, was very happy to always be praised as a powerful warrior from Midgard.
It was a shame that Jack knew mutants could not live in Asgard. The other realms were also as prejudiced as Earth and Asgard was the land of the gods, so they would only accept some strong ones and weak mutants would not be accepted.
"Jack, thank you for helping Asgard bring peace to the nine realms, you and your girlfriend are very powerful, and it's a shame she can't join the Avengers," said Thor.
"Don't worry, I have an agreement with the X-Men, and if aliens or other powerful enemies attack Earth, Anna and the other mutants will participate in the fights. They hide because they know a civil war can start if they appear on Earth," said Jack.
"I understand, I know you want to stay on Earth, but participate in the big party that Asgard is throwing to celebrate peace in the nine realms. I don't even participate in parties anymore, but I will participate in this one. After all, we will also be celebrating the dead," said Thor.
"Of course, we'll stay for this party," said Jack, and Anna on the side agreed.
So the party began, Jack drank with everyone and laughed a lot, but even Asgard's drink couldn't make him drunk with his extreme body regeneration, but Jack never needed to get drunk to have fun, so he didn't mind.
Unlike Jack, the Asgard warriors got drunk but stopped drinking so they wouldn't pass out and could enjoy the party. Anna also got drunk and celebrated alongside Jack. These last few weeks have been some of the happiest in her life, being able to fight and celebrate without hiding who she is or being afraid of killing others.
When the Asgard warriors discovered her powers that sucked vital energy, they even bet on who could resist longer before getting weak when she touched them. Thor was the one who resisted the most and this allowed Anna to absorb some powers of the god of thunder and other Asgard warriors.
Jack helped the Asgard warriors recover with his Yang Chakra, with Jack's help, far fewer Asgard warriors died this time, after all, he could heal a serious wound in seconds with his medical abilities and the Reality Stone.
Soon Jack and Anna returned to Earth and Thor could soon return to Jane who was eager to be with him too. Jack won 4 billion FP by defeating the rebel armies of the nine realms and now had 7 billion FP.
He now had a lot of FP and didn't know what to do with it. Increasing energy absorption could be good, but it would be a waste of FP, after all, Jack would have to spend more than 1 billion FP to double his current absorption capacity.
But if Jack didn't find other powers to buy soon, he would increase his energy absorption. Jack couldn't buy more potential because he was using all of his capacity to quickly learn magic and had no time for anything else.
In these last few weeks of fighting, Jack was able to increase his familiarity with elemental magic of all kinds, but lightning was still what Jack could use best. Jack could now manipulate gravity more and even disrupt enemies with it.
With Reality Stone, Jack also greatly improved his own magic of manipulating reality, so Jack discovered that the Infinity Stones could be the best teachers to improve his magic.
