Chapter 88: BROKEN PROMISES

"Let's go, Taylor's waiting" Xavier said as he moved towards the door.

"I'll grab my purse" Abigail said as she picked her purse first before picking up her phone. Before she placed the phone inside the bag, she turned it on and saw the different messages she had. They were either messages from Kai or miss calls from Kai. 

Xavier heard her sigh and he didn't need to be told before he understood what was in the message that she got. Like he had said Abigail's EQ was low and that was why she had not fist noticed Kai's feelings. Perhaps, maybe just maybe if she was already aware then she would have cut off her friendship from Kai a long time ago but it was already too late.

Xavier opened the door and let her walk out first before he followed behind and closed the door shut.
