Chapter 41: TIRED

Abigail looked at the red line on her wrist and a sigh escaped her lips, his grip was firm and anytime he held her hand he always ends up causing a mark.

Abigail had no intention of pouring soup on him, it was an accident. Accidents can happen to anyone at anytime, he needs to understand that.

Not giving the matter any more thought Abigail ate her meal till she was filled up before she then put the tray aside and waited for her food to digest.

"Oh shit" Abigail cursed when she remembered something.

She had promised her mum that she was coming over to visit for the weekend, she had planned to bring Xavier along to introduce him to her mum. But now the man was pissed off she wondered if he would still agree to come with her. 'Not like he had a choice' Abigail thought but still she prayed silently that he would agree to come with her. But she couldn't ask him now, maybe later when his anger had subsided.
