Chapter 91: Satisfying His Thirst (Bonus Chapter)

 Madeline's lashes squinted tight when she felt the unwanted brightness trying to penetrate through her closed lid. She stirred countlessly on the soft bed, but no matter where she turned to avoid the light, the brightness continued to follow her line of sight, making it difficult for her to return to sleep as her eyes slowly opened to meet the opened curtains.

Feeling the warmth of the morning sun on her face, Madeline stretched her arms above her head, feeling the satisfying crack of her joints as her body felt numb from having to deal with last night's event. 

Her eyelids still felt heavy, and she wasn't ready to completely slip out of bed yet. She felt too tired to get up, but then the opened curtains that looked orchestrated by Cas's handwork weren't letting her return to her peaceful slumbers.
