Chapter 70: Chapter 70 : Attack on Falmiere (Part 2)
"What do you mean the city is on fire?" Rosario exclaimed.
"I can see right now the four people who attacked the master befikre are now attacking the Kingdom. Some time has passed since we went into the master's mind and during that time they are using his power to attack," Blossom explained.
"We have to go and stop them," Rosario stated.
"What do you mean by we, this is your Kingdom and so it's our problem," Fenrir said with a huff.
"That's it? You're going to sit back and let innocent people be killed?"
"We follow Lucifer not the Kingdom," Eve refused.
"Right now innocent people you're dying, I'm going to fight for them and I need your help. This is a chance to change history and prove that monsters aren't vicious man-eating monsters but for that we need to work together," Rosario explained.
"I think she's right," Lelania agreed.
"Now you're on her side, Lelania," Fenrir fumed.
"As much as I hate humans it would in imprudent not to help and besides that man has Husband's powers, if he isn't stopped then he'll not only jeopardise husband's future but he was also direct the blame towards him," Lelania explained sincerely
Lucifer's five wives started to ponder on the idea.
"Well I'm going," Mero decided.
"I'm going for the master's sake," Eve decided.
Then Pressila agreed as well except for Fenrir. She still had a deep grudge against the humans for not only turning his brother into a slave and the reason why Lucifer is in a near death like coma. Everyone waited for her to respond until she finally did.
"Already fine but only for a little payback," Fenrir said with a Humph.
"But how do we get there, we won't make it in time," Eve pointed out.
"I can't handle that."
Everyone turned to the voice behind them, it was Black Jack and he is still alive.
"You bastard! you're alive?!" Fenrir barked.
"So long as my master is still alive I cannot die in the true sense," Black Jack explained as he held his hat.
"You said you had a method of getting us to the kingdom?" Rosario wondered.
Black Jack took out a card and threw it into the air. The card was replaced by the ship that was supposed to be destroyed but now it's brand new again.
"I took the liberty of preparing the ship, as a servant to my Master, I can't let his means of transportation remain in the rubble. Now all aboard ladies "
They all boarded the ship and flew straight through a portal opened up by blossoms. The ship cruised at an altitude of 15,000 feet in the air flying at an air speed of Mach 20. After they left, Blossom decided to return to her master's side when abruptly, a light appeared in the room over his body.
"Oh, so you're here," Blossom said with a smile.
The light flew straight into Lucifer's mind all the way to where he was secluded in the forest.
"Hm?"
He turned around as he sensed something approaching him and he saw a person made of light and had the shape of a voluptuous woman flying up to him.
"Who are you?" Lucifer queried.
However the person didn't respond, only stopped in front of him and kissed him on his lips. Even Lucifer was a bit surprised by the unexpected kiss then suddenly the person vanished again leaving Lucifer in a confused state.
In the meantime
Miranda breathed heavily as she held her arm, after a long two hours of fight she's completely out of mana while her opponent seemed to be perfect fine.
"I don't understand, how can you become this powerful?" Miranda shuddered.
She fell to her knees as she was too tired to even run.
King raised his sword and just as he was about to kill her an axe struck him away like a golf ball straight through the entire city and crashed into the wall on the other side. Miranda was speechless and became even more speechless when she saw a 40ft giant girl standing next to her.
"Are you okay?" Pressila asked with a friendly smile.
"A giant? What is a Giant doing here?" Miranda wondered as she panicked.
"They've come to assist,"
"Huh?"
Miranda turned around and saw Rosario walking up to her with Excalibur by her side, beside her was Lelania, Eve, Fenrir and Black Jack.
"Rosario you're alive! It was reported that you went missing right after a demon showed up at the gate with Excalibur."
Rosario recalls what happened. "Right...I'll explain that later."
"Who are these people and why are you with these monsters, they're our sworn enemies."
"As said I'll explain that later but right now we have to stop all these demons."
They heard footsteps walking towards them and it was white knight king. His armour was cracked because of Pressila's last attack and they got a good look at his face but there was only one problem.
"This bastard doesn't have a body?" Fenrir exclaimed.
Underneath the armour was nothing but a black humanoid shadow with glowing red eyes and with a single wave of his hand he repaired his armour.
"He's become a Wraith," Miranda shuddered.
"What's a wraith?" Pressila wondered.
"A Wraith is an evil spirit driven by rage and pure malice. King was a hero well known across the Kingdom, he was a kind and gentle person but 5 years ago he disappeared," Rosario explained.
"Wasn't he your sword instructor?"
"Yes, and out of respect, I shall free him from his suffering. The rest of you go on ahead of me."
She drew her sword and took up a stance. The others left her to fight the King and run towards the palace. As they ran they saw Archibald firing arrows after arrows at Spooky who had changed into her white haired form. She was doing battle with him with a grim reaper formed out of her aura.
"Archi!" Miranda called out.
He saw her fly down to her. "Miranda, what are you doing here and why are you with these monsters?"
"Long story but Rosario brought them as help."
"Rosario's alive."
"Yes...Look out!" Miranda cried out as Spooky came flying in.
Suddenly out of nowhere Spooky got a kick straight to the face from Eve.
"Don't think I've forgotten the time you turned me against my master, you're going to pay for that," Eve declared.
Spooky was unfazed by this kick and coughed out a robe wearing ghost at Eve because she was too close she didn't know what to do. Pressila swung down her axe and chopped the ghost in two.
"You guys go ahead eve and I will handle this guy," Pressila ordered.
"Okay, good luck."
Lelania and everyone else runs to the castle and towards the throne room. There all the knights were dead and Drock was at the mercy of Bruce. After a long fist fight Bruce came out victorious because of his skill to double his power after each punch. Misreld was also there and was about to kill the king when they interrupted.
