Jasper's mind buzzed with thoughts as he glanced at his phone. It had been nearly two hours since he had reached out to Abigail. He thought she would call him back soon, but she didn't. He wondered if she was okay. Concern lingered as he contemplated calling her again, hoping for her reassurance. But just as he contemplated, his phone lit up with an incoming call, not from Abigail but from the designer.

Jasper quickly answered the call, his mind racing with anticipation.

"Jasper, how are you, dear?" The designer's playful tone came off the phone.

Jasper didn't mind his coquettish tone, as if he were trying to woo him, because he knew the designer quite well.

"I'm doing well. Have you checked those designs I sent you?" Jasper inquired eagerly.
