Chapter One
The Sienna pushed passed a bunch of moving cars pushing straight after a moving van. The latch of the van had a Mimick clone hanging on it. Inside the back were five Mimick clones fighting against a man and his tech made gloves.
The van took a strong turn to the left and The Sienna followed quick. One of the men in the van poked their head out and shot a laser gun at the wheels of the Sienna.
"I think this is where you come in Katherine."
"I'm already on it Marc."
Katherine focused her mind and snapped her fingers. The Sienna phased through the blast like nothing.
The Sienna built out a ram at the front and four engines at the back. The vehicle exploded forward and rammed straight into the moving vehicle throwing it over in an instant.
"Strike one for our side." Katherine cheered.
"Here comes the best part."
Marcy climbed out the Sienna. The two men inside the van crawled out from the window. The man in the back ran out firing rapid shots.
"This must be his desperate attempt to escape."
Marcy hid behind the open door of the Sienna. One of the Mimick clones popped out from underground and grabbed the mans leg.
"I don't think you're going anywhere."
Another Mimick pops out from the ground, "Sorry for my twin brother, he didn't mean that."
One of the five mimicks make their way the two, "He actually meant that we don't think you're going anywhere."
Ten clones then surrounded him and they all tackled him down onto the ground pinning him. A clone came splashing onto the stomach of the man.
"Just like that we win." The Mimick clone said to his duplicates.
"Who's the best hero? That's right we are."
"We're top tier heroes."
The Mimick clones started celebrating with one another.
"I think you should cut the celebration short."
The clones stopped, looked at Marcy then looked between themselves and continued celebrating.
Katherine sighs, "You guys know you're forgetting something right?"
The clones all laugh, "We're too awesome to forgot anything." They said together.
"You have school tomorrow."
The clones pause to process what Katherine just said, "Boo." They all sounded.
[ Later on ]
Footsteps echoed through the area, multiple footsteps to be exact. The footsteps became louder and louder to the point you could hear them with your ears closed.
The footsteps stopped in front of a large door. The door slid open revealing a wide room with controls and holographic projectors projection the earth and other planets.
Three men whose identities were yet to be revealed bowed down to someone who was sitting on a king built chair. A women whose build could barely be seen approached the men.
"These are the warriors Cyberious was able to get for us." The women said, "They look like much, but let's hope they do much in the battle field."
The women walked passed the men one by one revealing their identities; the first one was a muscular person inside a fighting suit. The second man was a person who had two vulpamancers by his side. The third and last one was a normal alien with no special features to him.
"Gard the enforcer. Carbin the tamer and Tecknorg the builder. You three have been chosen by Lord Chaos to retrieve the Omnimatrix."
The men were confused at what the 'Omnimatrix' was.
"The Omnimatrix formally known as the Omnitrix is a level 20 device that our Lord Chaos wants."
"I'm sorry Miss Lateya, but if this device is so high in levels why haven't we heard about it yet?"
"That's because the news of this device arriving into our universe from another universe hasn't stretched through yet. Only a little people know about this universal transfer and the black hole that coursed it."
"I see."
"You have some nerve questioning me... Why don't you go first Carbin the tamer, retrieve the watch and you will be granted eternal happiness."
The other bounty hunters were a bit upset that they didn't get the opportunity to go first, but neither of them wanted to question Miss Lateya's judgement.
[ Middleton]
- Highschool
"Welcome new and old learners to Middleton high school, for those who think this will be a new slate for them you're both right and wrong, we have data on each and everyone of you who went to Middleton Middle School. Let's not focus on that this is a new year and in Middleton Highschool we have our favourable birthdate ball, sadly for you new newcomers you won't be able to attend until next year."
Cameron and Ruby took in a breath of irritation as they looked up at the large middle school building filled with probably about a thousand new faces.
The older students definitely looked their part since you could see that they were older. The newcomers couldn't compare to them.
"Speak about overwhelming." Cameron said.
"Walking in the halls is gonna feel so weird, the older students are literally going to look down on us."
"This is actually making me feel like a little child."
"Same here Cam. I hope that we get the same classes."
"Yep, let's hope."
Cameron and Ruby perked up energy and made their way up the small staircase and into the school building.
When entering they were immediately taken back by the amount of children that were there. It was actually a small amount which came as a relief, but most of the small amount were older students and that made them feel inferior a bit.
"We're supposed to head to the hall area later at 10:00 so we have like 3hrs or so of getting to know people in our class."
"What room are you in?" Ruby asked.
"Room 84."
"Yes! We're close to one another, I'm in room 82."
"That's a good start."
"Until we head into our classes of course." Ruby added.
"You're just all negative today aren't you?"
[ Middleton Highschool ]
-Class Room 64
Cameron entered his classroom and was greeted by his male homeroom teacher. He found them found himself a perfect seat near the back of the class.
"Cameron Lenardo am I right?"
"Um yeah." Cameron replied.
"I don't want you at the back, please come to the front. Your homeroom teacher from last year said I have to keep a strong eye on you so please sit in the front."
"But I can't." Cameron said.
"And why is that?"
"I have this issue that forces me to-"
"-oh he can't." A familiar voice spoke, "Cameron has a focusing issue in front so he usually sits at the back where he is able to focus best."
"In that case stay at the back, but my eyes will be keeping watch on you."
Cameron sat right at the back and besides him was the person who helped him; Addie. Cameron was beyond happy on the fact he's old friend was with him.
The class started off normal with their homeroom teacher introducing himself to the students then he tried practicing their names which was a string of fun.
Addie tried making jokes in the class, but it didn't really turn out well for him since nobody laughed. Cameron took a different approach and made normal comments that weren't meant to be funny, but people laughed either way.
"Four new students are missing from their classrooms, we ask that the workers help search for them." The intercome went off.
"That's our thing." Addie said sounding a bit frustrated.
"Dude relax."
"Sorry, it's just I miss when we did stuff like that..." Addie sat back.
"Learners it's 10AM that means you all have to head over to the hall where the councils will explain to you everything you need to know about Middleton."
The students got up from their chairs and moved to the exit of the door, as they did they heard loud barking.
"Can all the students head over to the hall fast, we have been warned about two beasts heading to Middleton Highschool, so I ask that every newcomer head to the hall fast! Your teachers will accompany you and the other students stay in your classrooms." The intercome said.
The students charged straight to the hall. They ran as if the beasts were in the school and chasing them. Students were shoving and pushing one another so they could reach the hall before it was too late.
Some teachers were able to lead their class quietly to the hall, but other teachers caught in the running parade.
Cameron sighed and started running to the exit of the school. He was lucky enough to get there before the workers locked the doors.
"Why the fuck are beasts come here to Middleton high?" Cameron thought to himself, "Now I have to fucking deal with this shit, at least it's better than whatever was going to happen in the hall."
From the distance Cameron was able to see two alien dogs charging down the road to the highschool. He sighed and hid behind the school.
Cameron activated the Omnitrix and turned the dial to Burn Outs silhouette, "I guess it's time to be a hero."
He slammed the dial down covering himself in a green light; inside the green light his cheek bones sucked in his face and his eyes moved in revealing his skeleton build. The Cameron zooms to show his entire skeleton body that had a white cloak on.
Burn Out exploded into his fire form and blew into the sky. He then came down crashing in front of the beasts.
"Omnitrix holder, we are here for-"
"-okay stop right there." Burn Out interrupted, "Where's the hi? You realise that you are attacking me at school, which is very disrespectful and yet you don't say hi or anything."
"What?"
Burn Out started pacing up and down, "English. Do you not speak it?" He questioned the man, "I swear to god sometimes you people just work on my fucking nerves, I have better stuff to do than deal with you, you know that right?"
"I'm sorry, but I think you think this is some sort of game, this-"
"-game? I never said that, I'm telling you that you are wasting my time, dude they locked me outside now I have to think of a good excuse why I wasn't in the school-"
One of the Vulpamancers jumped at Burn Out. Burn Out bounced a fire ball in his hand before throwing it against the Vulpamancer, knocking the alien down.
"Is- is that all you got?" Burn Out faced palmed his face and swiped the palm down, "This is fun, but I might actually get in trouble for not appear-"
The other Vulpamancer charged forward. Burn Out released a burst of fire to the ground boosting himself into the sky. He then charged up two fire balls and threw them down into the Vulpamancer.
Burn Out flipped his way onto the ground behind the man and with a turn released a wave of fire that blew the man into his two vulpamancers.
"You have a great concept, but dude I don't want to be the one to tell you this, but your villain level right now is level one." Burn Out said, "Maybe you should've thought out your game plan better before doing any of this you know."
"I will be the one to retrieve the Omnimatrix from you."
"Omnitrix? It feels like everyone I'm fighting is always after this thing for their personal reasons, speaking of personal they never explain why they want the watch they just attack me."
The Vulpamancers rushed at Burn Out together. The fire alien sighed as he got ready to fight back. A beam shined onto the man and his Vulpamancer teleporting them away before the battle could end.
"Wow. Now I need something to do to pass the time."
