Clare POV

What the hell was I doing? Was I really going to mate with Leonel?

As his lips pressed against mine and his erection rubbed against my naked ass, I knew there was no question about it. Despite every logical thought, Leonel’s movements made me rethink it all.

He got me over to the bed and gently set me down. At first I was disappointed when he pulled back, but then I looked up and saw his thumbs fall to the edge of his pants.

My eyes followed and I swear I stopped breathing. I had seen his entirety before, a few times actually, and I knew that he was impressive, but this was a totally different scenario.

“Clare,” Leonel growled, getting my attention.

My eyes dragged from his hips up to his eyes that were just as inviting. Once I was looking back up at him, his hand grabbed the back of my neck and pulled me back into a strong kiss.
