Chapter 77: Dietrich Isn't Patient

Forty-five minutes later, Emilia returns with her siblings and Dietrich. They wait at the exit of the manor until Traf pulls up in a bronze colored Tahoe. Emilia jumps into the front passenger seat but gets pulled back out of it by a glaring Patrick. 

"Sit with your mate." Patrick whispers as he nods in the direction of Dietrich.

Emilia rolls her eyes and obeys her older brother while thinking to herself about how grumpy he is. 

After everyone is seated, Traf zooms down the road and they head out to their next destination. While the first hour of the ride is mostly peaceful, Dietrich takes the opportunity to scoot as close to Emilia as possible and whisper sweet words into her ear. 

"When we get back home, I'll give you a nice back massage and set up a warm bath with rose petals in it. Maybe I'll light you some incense too while I'm at it. What do you say, sounds good?" Dietrich asks while gently rubbing her thigh.
