Chapter 403: What is your decision?
When the sun began to set, the S.C.T. attack forces gathered outside the stadium in a short time, waiting for the attack order. Their mission was to stop the armed group of the Fireflies as soon as possible, who were guilty of causing chaos in peaceful communities. However, everyone was gathered in a stadium, where the commander of the S.C.T. organization was also present.
The S.C.T. forces were well-equipped and highly trained. After all, they were all military or police officers before the end of the world. Compared to civilians who now use weapons, the S.C.T. forces are far superior.
All soldiers wore gray tactical gear and carried special weapons to eliminate both humans and walkers. Everyone gathered outside the stadium was highly motivated and determined to carry out this operation successfully.
The captain of the S.C.T. forces addressed his troops: "Today we have a critical mission to fulfill. We must act quickly and decisively to capture every armed man and eliminate all who resist without hesitation. Remember, we are dealing with a dangerous group of people who threaten the future plans of our organization."
"Hold, subdue, and cause harm as we have learned since we were in training camp. Remember that we do not know what kind of equipment the enemy has, some could be army veterans so it will not be an easy task, but our commander trusts us."
The troops responded with a resounding "Yes, sir!" The captain nodded approvingly and the troops began to move towards the stadium: "Be careful, the commander is negotiating with those terrorists, if they surrender, do not hesitate to subdue everyone and eliminate those who resist!"
"Yes, sir!"
As they approached, they could see that the stadium was heavily defended. The guards of the Fireflies base were in chaos, some moving with weapons and ammunition to defend the place at all costs. They had weapons and were prepared to defend themselves.
The SCT forces quickly evaluated the situation and devised an attack plan. They split into two groups, with one group moving from the front and the other from behind. The idea was to create a pincer movement, trapping the Fireflies inside and preventing them from escaping.
As they approached the stadium, the S.C.T. forces could hear the suspects shouting and running. They were clearly aware of the danger ahead and were ready to defend themselves.
The first group of SCT forces quickly advanced, firing warning shots to disperse the civilians.
The streets were filled with debris and the air was filled with the stench of rotting flesh. Some of the other forces were concentrated in the city to restore order.
On the other hand, as they moved forward, they encountered a common enemy, the walkers.

"Tommy, we all have to calm down!"
Boom!
At that moment, the door opened and a group of armed people entered, as soon as they saw that Tommy was pointing his gun at Merlene, all of them without exception raised their weapons.
"Lower the fucking weapon right now!"
"Karla, no."
Merlene stepped forward, she had looked life outside for the duration and if they were to engage in combat right now, they would be eliminated without exception. After all, who could face an armed helicopter?
Airon stood up and walked towards Merlene, extending his tied hands and said in a low but commanding tone, "Let me help you eliminate the CRM, my organization has the strength to take on the CRM but you must know that my objectives are slow and effective."
They were all in a difficult situation, and Airon was no exception. He knew that dying could be one of the things that would happen to him today, but he also knew that they could understand him if he personally spoke to the leader of the Fireflies.
"My people are about to take over this place, anyone who shows resistance will die in cruel suffering. I cannot guarantee your safety if I do not respond to my people, I really can't!"
"Do you think it's so easy to defeat the CRM?" Merlene pulled out a knife and warned, "How do you plan to do it?"
Airon approached Merlene and said, "I'll send infiltrators, one by one. I have a secure channel where my agents can integrate into the CRM..."
"That's impossible..."
"Nothing is impossible, Merlene. Once my agents are inside, I'll have several plans that I can take as countermeasures, one after another... If none of that works, I'll put a small suitcase in there and it will explode inside the CRM, and when that happens we'll attack with everything..."
Airon squinted his eyes, sighed with a headache and said, "It's hard to think about the number of dead and collateral damage that there will be. Will I be considered a dominator or a savior? I don't care, I'm selfish in that aspect, you know?"
Merlene approached with her knife and cut the ropes that tied Airon. She knew that if she hesitated now, the enemy that had now fixed on them would be dead in a few minutes.
It is true that the strength of the Fireflies was incredibly strong, but handling combat helicopters was something they couldn't match no matter how much they tried. Nowadays, fuel is impossible to obtain easily unless it is manufactured, and when they saw all those armored cars and tanks falling from the sky, it was something even the CRM couldn't afford in a normal attack.
"What do we do? All those sons of bitches have surrounded us, how did they find us?" Karla asked with a pale expression.
"We've lost hundreds of people in subduing the beavers, and we haven't received any answers since then, so we can only assume we've lost all of them."
Just as they were about to discuss what they should do, suddenly they heard a larger movement coming from outside.
"Your time is up, Merlene!"
It seems that even though the Fireflies prepared to resist the attack that was about to be made by the enemies, it was impossible to hold on for so long.
Such commotion will inevitably attract the attention of a large number of walkers in the vicinity, so things will be very bad for their base regardless of the outcome.
Airon doesn't care at all about the difficulties these people will face in the future; he only cares about what will happen to him later in South Carolina. After seeing the situation outside, all he wanted to do was sit down. If his people initiate an attack, everyone will die, or the vast majority will, as happened in Texas. Seeing this, he wanted to avoid deaths.
"Airon!"
Airon turned his head and looked at Merlene with an indifferent expression, waiting for what she wanted to say.
"Tell your people to wait; we'll surrender now."
Upon hearing this, Airon nodded and said, "Give me a radio, and I'll take care of this. Right now, everyone should put down their weapons."
"You're screwed if you think we'll give you our weapons," Manny stepped forward and said.
"Then you'll die, you fucking idiot."
Seeing this, Manny's face changed immediately. Just as he was about to respond, he heard Airon change the radio signal. "Zz... This is your commander speaking. Synchronize your watch in two minutes. If the enemy does not surrender their weapons, you can kill anyone who shows resistance."
"We got it, sir. We'll be there at that time."
Soon there was a cold silence in the room, and Joel was the first to step forward: "You'll kill innocents!"
"That's what I have to do, Joel, well, I won't kill them..." Airon smiled and looked at Merlene. "In two minutes, the leader of the Fireflies will make the decision. What's your decision?"
