Chapter 159: Preparations
In the room, it was dead silent and everyone was deep in thought. They had all heard about the supposed thing in that abandoned military camp.
But they had all seen the walkers, touched their corpses and cut off their heads. There was nothing that could really generate fear in them, so what they were worried about was that this was a trap.
"Why do I feel like these people are tricking us?"

"We will split into two groups, the first group will be led by Daryl and the second by Merle, Jon, George, Billy, Liam and Elias will come with me to clear the military camp. If there is an animal, a walker or an ambush, we will definitely eliminate them."
The group Airon chose are experienced soldiers, all of them belonged to the military before the end of the world began. Except for Liam who joined after the events in the hospital, they were all originally with the group that Airon left the prison.
"I'm okay with us killing them, they're a nuisance and nowadays I don't trust anyone but myself." Merle said with a smile.
"It's a surprise that you trust yourself..." Michonne said with a fake surprised expression.
"We have to be careful, we must not be surprised by the enemy once again."
Looking deeply at Daryl, Airon nodded and said, "You're right, we have to be careful not to be surprised by another group of people. But we must not rule out the possibilities, so we must be ready for anything."
Seeing that everyone was in agreement, Airon said, "Good, we must organize the groups and get ready to leave as soon as possible. We must seize the day, this cleaning we must do as soon as possible to resume our journey."

After everyone left, the group that Airon selected stayed in the room waiting for some other order.
"So, are we going to face something really dangerous?"
After explaining the details of the mission, when everyone left the room except for the group he had selected, Airon walked over and listened to the thoughts of these people.
"Come on Liam, I guess it will be because you don't know the Chief well, but let me tell you nothing will go worse than last time." George said with a smile.
"Well, last time if it was a surprise we didn't see coming..." Jon agreed with those words, if they were prepared he was sure no one would cause them any trouble.
Walking near this group of five people, Airon said in a low voice: "It could just be a variant of walkers like the ones Edwin had pointed out to us, it shouldn't be a big problem. Another tip would be that something inside that place is causing hallucinations, so we'll be moving around with gas masks."
"That makes sense, what walker doesn't rot over time?" Billy nodded as he heard those words.
Elias sighed as he said, "Either way we have to be careful, a little over a year ago we didn't imagine something like what is happening today would happen to us, right now we shouldn't rule out any kind of situation."
"You're nervous Elias, I guess that trip really got into your mind." Liam said with an amused smile.
Hearing this, Airon paused a bit, looked at Elias next to him and said, "You're a good sniper, you can support us from afar and give us intelligence along with Sasha."
As soon as he finished speaking, a sense of danger suddenly arose from the bottom of his heart, he didn't know if it was an illusion, he felt that something was not right and right now his body wants to run.
But when Airon felt this sensation, he knew he was heading to a dangerous place. Considering this, he felt really intrigued. The last time he felt this sensation was when he looked at Andrew, at that moment he knew there was danger.
Looking at the familiar faces in the room, he told everyone here about the action he had just discussed.
"This time, the operation to take all the resources from that military camp is priority, we must do it fast and watch our back as we have always done."
Airon looked at everyone's anxious faces and said, "For this mission we will be equipped to deal with any kind of situation, if the demon himself comes out to attack me, we will respond with full firepower."
"Way to go boss." George whistled excitedly.
"Don't be so loud." Billy complained.
Airon smiled at the sight of this group of people, then nodded and said, "Well, let's get ready."
