Chapter 66: Don't blame me, my friend

Robert looked devastated as the light came to him. He searched the whole woods and tried everything to search for Denisa and Zanuel, but he couldn't find them. There were traces of them being very close, but he couldn't find them.

"You are still stuck?" Joshua asks, staring at Robert, who stood by the edge of the hill scanning the woods, but he could not find them.

It is the devil's trap; it is not that easy to break. Robert turned back and saw Joshua standing behind him.

"It's the devil; he's stopping me from finding them," Robert said, still trying to find them.

"I will take you to them; he is stopping you, not me," Joshua says, offering him help. Robert was not in a state to say no; he agreed right away and moved closer to him.

"I will remember to pay you back," Robert replied, and they both vanished in a split second.
