Maggie's pov

It was a long night. A really long one for me as I thought of what I did. It wasn't intentional, it was based on impulse when I slapped him as he tried to kiss me again. I was kidnapped and the first kiss between us just happened. He wasn't meant to expect me to just warm up to him immediately, I was scared and terrified.

I couldn't reject him but I didn't want him touching me but I was surprised that his guards didn't barge in to take me to the dungeon or some cage to lock me up and punish me for touching the Alpha considering how he stormed out last night. Instead, a maid brought a night dress for me and helped me lay back in bed to sleep due to my ankle.
