There were so many houses around us. It was hard to determine which one would have Dahlia inside of it. Looking around us at the dirt ground and the small houses littering the area, I couldn’t figure out where she would be. Nothing about this place was really aesthetically pleasing to the eye. You would think if he had a shit ton of money, he’d put some effort into this place.

Where were Damian and Tony anyway? Shouldn’t they be here somewhere?

The loud sound of dirt bikes approaching stole my attention, and before long, we were surrounded by a ring of them. Adriano shoved me behind himself and drew his pistol to threaten them. Leo, Alessandro, and Nyx surrounded me and made a shield to protect me. I thought I was going to be a part of the fight, but it seemed like they wanted me to sit this one out.
