Chapter 38: She's beautiful.

True to James' assurance, Joseph did come out but not as soon as they all thought. The boy had spent so much time away, so it was expected that he would join in before the first batch of meat was grilled but Joseph came too late.

Rather too late for his liking. He had rushed a bath and washed his mouth-like he had not brushed in the morning and then proceeded to replace his former outfit with clean fresh ones, hopefully to see Angela in time. Joseph had no intention to waste time or be late but he came out later than anyone expected.

But some inexcusable circumstances are to blame, he didn't like how he looked after wearing a fresh pair of sweat clothes. He believed himself too tall for the pants and the shirt seemed a little too tight for his liking so he changed into another.
