Five Years Later
Five years later.
Surrounding the manor was a breathtaking garden, and two children were playing by the pool.
"Young master, young miss, the bath is ready!", a young and slender figure in a maid's attire called out to them.
Two small and chubby heads darted toward her. A cute and beautiful young girl was leaning against her brother as she elegantly flipped through a book about a fairy saving the world, but the truth was that behind the book's cover was an original ancient script about chemical component. While the young boy had the same features as his twin sister and was bound to become an extremely handsome young man.
The boy who was casually trying to break through the army's satellite quickly changed to a game's interface and looked up toward the maid with an innocent look plastered on his face.
He tugged at his sister, and she looked up with flushed cheeks.
"We are coming sister Qin!!", the young master quickly pulled his sister up and brought her toward maid Qin.
'How cute, did they think I didn't notice?', Qin Qi thought amused.
In the manor, each servant working there was not an ordinary person, even the gardener and the lady sweeping the floor were big shots.
After all, who was apt to serve 'The' big shot other than a big shot?
Thus, Qin Qi was not oblivious to the young masters' actions, however, she wouldn't dare prying in her master's matters. In the manor, there was an unspoken golden rule, if you want to survive, be as ignorant as a newborn baby.
In the outside world, everyone know that a big shot was hiding in Mount Shan, 'the cursed Mountain', which was used, in the past, as a training ground for countless high-ranking assassins.
But nobody knows the big shot's identity apart from the people working there.
Their big boss was of course the Madame, she was the big shot behind Mount Shan.
Thus, the young masters were people they could only look up at, even though they had watched them grew up.
"Sister Qin, is mommy still in the study?", the young miss asked with blushing cheeks.
Madame Su was indeed still in the study as she was in a reunion with the Blackhorse.
The 'Blackhorse' was the name people gave to a circle of skilled men who suddenly appeared five years ago, they were unknown and skilled in various industries, whether it was clean or fishy ones.
Qin Qi was about to answer the miss's question when she heard the distinctive sound of the conference door opening, the sound rang through the whole manor.
A dignified and slender figure got out, she was wearing a white and loose shirt on dark tight pants, her hair was gently flowing, and her confidents face was cold.
"Mommy!!", two chubby figures ran toward her.
Su Jin warmed up instantly and chuckled lightly when her angels hugged her legs tightly.
'How cute', her thin yet strong arms picked them up and hugged them against her chest. She kissed them on the forehead before carrying them towards a bench.
"Shasha, Shin, did you miss mommy?", she asked them while pinching their noses.
The young girl, Li Sha, blushed and her eyes sparkled when she saw how beautiful her mommy was. She hurriedly nodded while holding her mom's hand in hers.
"Mommy, you stayed all the day in the study, you promised me that you are going to play with me!", the young boy's aggrieved voice sounded.
"Shin, can't you be as obedient as your little sister?", Su Jin pointed at Li Sha who was cuddling against her mother with a cute face.
Satisfaction appeared in her eyes before quickly vanishing.
Li Shin pouted when he saw the victory in his sister's eyes. 'Show-off!!', he thought before tugging at his mommy's shirt and stared at her with pleading and hopeful eyes.
"Alright", Su Jin nodded her head and asked Li Sha if she wanted to play with them.
"I have already played enough; can I go with aunt Yun?", she asked with sparkling eyes.
Su Jin turned toward the young and beautiful woman standing behind her. She sighed before saying: "Alright, Yun, take care of Shasha"
"Yes, master", she took the miss's hand and walked away.
'The young masters are incredible', Qin Qi thought, Miss Yun is the manager in charge of the J research institute, and is a poison master, and what Li Sha meant by playing was in fact doing experimentation and researching rare poisons. As for the young master Li Shin, he was going to play with the weapons stored in the Weaponry room, and would eventually play with the latest models of guns.
"Mommy, can I come too?", a young man looked at Su Jin with shinning eyes.
"Yes mommy, let's bring brother Yan with us!", Li Shin tried to convince his mother.
'No way in hell would I allow it', she still remembered how a three-year-old baby and a young boy had damaged her precious peanuts fields when they were fighting.
At that thought, Su Jin's face grew vicious, the peanuts she had personally harvested were all damaged.
Although she didn't especially fancy peanuts in her first life. After eating them for so many years, she had become more obsessed with them and eating them was her favorite hobby.
Upon seeing his mothers dark, cold and unyielding face. Li shin tugged at his brother's shirt and beckoned him to escape.
Understanding the imminent danger, Yan pretended to be busy with work and ran away.
"Let's go mommy, let's spend some time together alone!", Li Shin smiled sweetly and hugged her leg, seeing this, Su Jin smiled mysteriously and finally agreed to let her baby off.
Li Sha and Li shin didn't have a lot of friends, only her disciples and underlings were considered their friends, but it was still not the same as having playmates of the same age.
Her children grew up in the manor and had never gone outside, and Su Jin knew that they were enthusiastic about it as she had heard them ask the servants questions about the outside world, thus she made a decision when she was in the meeting room.
