Chapter 60: Chaos of finding members

Alex who was being pulled by Alisa by hand arrived at the clubroom. The hand that was holding him was not like any other that his hands had held.

Usually, what was held by his hands was a weapon or even the cold lifeless body of an enemy, now the hand that was holding his was warm. 

'Even with Dad have I ever felt such warmth in my hands?... It seems there was a time long ago...'

A face flashed in Alex's memory it was vague it was a face that he could no longer recall, but that feeling his body would never forget as he was deep in thought a voice startled him. 

"Alex, Alex are you alright?" 

Alex saw that Alisa had stopped pulling him and was now looking at him with a concerned gaze. Seeing her looking at him like that, Alex had a thought. 'It's like I'm actively trying to fail this mission.' 

"I'm alright, it's just that I had something in my mind, but it's not a problem."
