*Decrease Luck by 100%

*Increase Luck by 100%
Note:
The Buff only lasted for a couple of minutes while Debuff lasted longer than you expected.
The Buff trigger sometimes increase depending on how lucky the user is.
The Debuff is not dangerous but the effect is poisonous.
