Chapter 40: Laws Are Just Laws.

"I want this pasted on all the walls and every corners of the Kingdom…" 

The Alpha's words resonated continuously in Delta Dominik's head, he could not peer his eyes away from the 'imperial edict' that was glaring back at him. 

The content, promotion of Lady Eve to become the Luna and Queen, the mother of the kingdom and the moon, left the Delta speechless and stupefied. He kept on reading and re-reading, even with the royal seal, he was still very much in doubt. 

He felt like the heavens were laughing at him and gravely disappointed him. How in the world could the human slave girl become Queen! He even wondered if this was a joke but, no one knew better than him that an imperial edict that have been made on seal cannot be nullified. 

"No… this cannot be!" He blurted out before he could even stop himself. 

"Oh?" Ezriel calmly murmured and cocked a brow calmly. He was not in a rush at all.
