Sitwell scowled, turned to face his husband, and uttered, "Phastos, do they not yet know who you are? Do you believe that by acting like an ordinary person, you may actually live an ordinary life?"
Sitwell's comments caused Phastos' expression to shift.
Incredulous, he questioned, "What are you talking about?"
"You understand what I mean when I say that we have a firm handle on the evidence supporting your alleged terrorist attack. You have the right to remain silent, but anything you say will be used as evidence in court."
Naturally, Sitwell's reference to a terrorist assault alludes to Tiamut's birth and plan to wipe out the earth. There are seven billion people on Earth, and their lives are in danger due to this event.

"These two guys may have interfered with government business. They will be hauled away together if it is determined that they are this terrorist's collaborators." Sitwell was eager to ensnare these bystanders and was now eager to carry out Rorschach's order to bring Phastos back to S.H.I.E.L.D.
