Chapter 83: The pendant

Linda closed the book, feeling extremely confused. "Alright I shall roam around for five minutes casually in the entire 3rd floor. If in these five minutes I do not find the pendant, it means that reading this book was purely coincidental. I will then walk out and go back to the room to sleep."

"CLAP!"

She clapped her hands once, and exhaled sharply standing up from the seat. The girl was now casually walking around in the library not even bothering to find the pendent. She knew that if the book was true she will herself find it otherwise she will be more than happy to go off to sleep. Linda walked out of the library heading towards the lobby area. She started to explore the various records of the gramophone one by one, completely engrossed in them. "If it would not have been an abandoned floor I would have happily played the music." She was carefully looking at the brown covers of various circular shaped records.
