The monitor room in the special ward for Alphas was crowded with a handful of nurses and specialists from the Pheromones Department and Radiology Department with Jia Molei, the chief surgeon of the Neurological Department, as the leading doctor.

The wounds on his body had not even been taken care of yet, and the bleeding slash on his chest had only been wrapped haphazardly with bandage. In order to prevent the clothes from restricting his movement, he even went bare-chested and only draped his white coat over his shoulders.
