Lyle didn't know just how much his thoughts were correct, perhaps there were ways the system would help those that quickly raised their strength, but he highly doubted it.

Everything had its advantages and disadvantages, if the system was able to allow people to simply grow in strength without a need to train and hone their skills, it would be far too much and the number of powerful people would skyrocket.

He firmly believed that you needed to sacrifice some things in order to make other things possible, in this case, if one wanted to increase their raw power quickly, they would simply need to kill monsters, but in order to become better with the weapon they chose, or to use their abilities more efficiently, training was a must.
