"What? That brat is back at home?"
Mr. Hunter got furious the moment he heard Eithan was back and even went back to the Hunter corporation. He was losing his cool when Hannah patted his back to calm him down and told him to go easy on their son.
"Hannah, you want me to calm down? That ungrateful thing had left home a long ago, then why is he here? Does he think he can come and go like this and get the shares of the corporation easily?" He was way too furious to the point where he did not want to hear anyone's reasoning. He even said that if it was not for Hannah, he would have destroyed every single belonging of Eithan in the house.
Hannah's heart shattered into pieces when she heard his cruel words. Her tears almost strolled out of her eyes when she felt a hand wrapped around her shoulder and hugged her.
"Mr. Hunter, even if you do not like me, you do not have the right to yell at my mother like this!" Eithan stated in an icy tone and told Hannah not to worry, he did not care about what Willaim said.
"I am sorry," Hannah whispered and the tears she had held back for so long, flowed out of her eyes.
"You filthy creature! How dare you come back to the Hunter Mansion?" William stood up in anger and pointed his finger at him as if it was not a finger but an electric beam that would burn Eithan the very next second.
"Filthy creatures are also the creations of filthy creatures. Dad, why don't you explain to us how filthy you are?" Just as the debate was about to heat up and William was about to win the crown at this debate when an even icier tone than theirs could be heard, and the atmosphere of the room turned colder "How dare you to talk to your father like this?" William bellowed at Trustin, shaking in anger but before that, he heard Trustin telling him that since his father was a filthy person, he could not be decent either.
Eithan watched them as they prepared to chew and eat each other without leaving any bones behind.
"Trustin, don't interfere," Eithan interrupted. "I'll handle this here, so you should go look for Elysia."
Trustin did not want to go because he knew that his father would hurt Eithan again. He was aware that William's words were literally poisonous and could kill anyone. He agreed not to interfere but made clear that he would not leave Eithan there alone when he saw that Eithan was looking at him intently.
"Look at these brats! Their behavior toward one another disgusts me!" Indignantly glancing at Eithan, William reclined in his chair. Even worse, he advised him not to spoil his older son and to look outside of the Hunter family if he wanted to find a man.
Eithan was driven insane by William's words. He let go of his mother and yelled, "Mr. Hunter, but I will be filthy. I can never do such a thing in my life." Furthermore, even though you created me, I still do not behave as you do. You have a wife, you goof off outside, and you make out with your wife's friends." Although he spoke clearly and loudly, he kept Hannah's hand gripped tightly, once again. "How dare you speak to your father in such a manner? Do you behave impolitely? Or you forgot about them after having several affairs with men!" When William heard those things coming out of his mouth, he nearly passed out and got up from his seat once more. Trustin went to his mother and held on to her other hand, and squeezed it lightly, telling her that everything was fine. Although he wanted to, he was unable to speak.
"Oh, so you are now my father, and I am now your son? If he were his father, why was he repulsed by him," Eithan questioned with a mocking smirk? And why, when he revealed his true face to him, did he only remember this? Did he only use it to overpower him, with no feelings involved?
"Calm down, Eithan!" Let's go and have a chat, ok?" Hannah could not take the heated argument. Although she appeared to be a strong woman to the outside world, she was weak when it came to her family.
"Seriously, Hannah? Do you want him to leave and chat with you, rather than give this brat a lesson?" His eyes turned red, and he let out a growl of rage. Trustin noticed it and realized that if he lost control, he might hurt himself as well as Hannah and Eithan. Despite being told not to interfere, he could not resist and said, "Dad, we mother, and sons had a lot to catch up and talk about. But before that, I have an important matter to report to you."
Eithan stared at Trustin and shook his head as if he was telling him that he was not his baby anymore, and he did need not any protection from him.
Trustin just smiled at him and shooed them away.
The moment they left; William closed his eyes to calm his angry nerves. "Say, what do you have to talk about?" He asked with his eyes closed.
"Nothing, I will take my leave!" Trustin's eyes were fixated on the door, the moment they left he too planned to sneak out and not to argue with this old man.
"What?" William opened his eyes and glared at him in anger, to which Trustin told him that whatever he would say, he would not understand. So, it would be better for him to come back and tell him when he would be cooler.
