Princess Mariah held Esmeralda's hand as they walked quickly past the numerous people that stared at them. Looking amazed by the boldness the princess had to drag along an ordinary servant, a male at that.

Esmeralda didn't care at first but then, she became tired and sighed, "I think we should stop running now, Princess."

"Esmeralda, we were not running."

"We should stop walking fast then. See, my legs are going to swell and if we get to the cell where my brother is, and then we find out that he had turned vicious, I might not survive if he decides to make me his next victim."

"What are you even saying, Esmeralda?" Princess Mariah shook her head before she sighed and then said, "Fine, I understand what you want. You want to change your clothes and get your stomach something to stick with?"
