Chapter 39: Lick It Off {2/5}

"It's...it is unethical, Your Highness. What do you say if a pack member hears that from you?"

Hazel was completely disgusted by his questions but she knew that no matter what he does or says, it would be better if she doesn't lose her patience.

"So if dressing right in front of your master is unethical, what do you call what we did back then in the dungeon, huh?" His words came out slowly and he walked towards her.

Hazel wasn't ready for whatever this conversation could lead to and she immediately uttered. "Your Highness," she retorted, trying not to let her voice a bit shaky, "I said that was unethical too."

She could not remember the exact word she said but she knew she had countered him which led him to halt whatever he was doing that moment despite her strong and hidden disapproval.

Her eyes closed out of embarrassment as all of the words he had uttered seductively came rushing back into her head.
