Chapter 9: 9 His little secret...
Sam's father took me to a dark room and searched for the switches to on the lights, but I think even he didn't know where that was,
"you stay here I'll be right back with the lights" his dad left the room and I was curiously trying to see if I could find anything...
I touched the wall curiously, he came in five minutes with his phone light, went to the switch, and pressed it, the whole room started glowing, I rolled my eyes in surprise,
It was an enormous room with royal decoration and many huge portraits were hung on the wall,
" See grandfather, he finally proved that he has your blood" his father started talking to one of the portraits, I stood there calmly observing him,
he turned back and dragged me along,
" come here, my son, meet your ancestors, it's a rule that until they don't act brave, we can't introduce our offspring to the ancestors, today you made me proud"
I swallowed my spit in surprise, what kind of shit rule is this, but I'll leave after some days, what will he do after that, oh shit, did I mess with someone's life again...
I was sorting my thoughts and he added,
"I know you are not interested in boxing, but I would love it if you try it, our ancestors were warriors, but we can't fight in this society, but we can go on with the heritage by opting for athletes, like how I did"
" no... never," a strong voice came from inside, it wasn't me, I think it must be the body owner, but what is it between them,

he had an advanced computer in his room, my hands started itching when I saw that, I went near it, and when I was touching it, I felt as if I was touching my girlfriend, exactly how you feel when kissing a girl you love,
"ahh...how many days I have been waiting to touch it, it's a relief"
I turned it on and started to see what I can do for passing my time,
"But wait what is that...!!" I exclaimed, there was a game in it, a different one, I have never seen it, "
but before I could touch it, he groaned,
'don't touch it, if you don't know about it, it's not done yet, and you may cause an error"
I was surprised,
"did you make it?" I exclaimed,
"yes" he replied casually,
"How old are you?" I asked astonishingly
"you know that sixteen," he let that out annoyingly,
I was happy that there was someone like me, I always thought that I was the only one to be able to develop a system at a very young age but I was surprised to learn about him,
I opened that and had a look,
"so you did it this way," I said, he jerked inside me, with excitement,
"Do you understand this?" he asked,
I smirked though, he can't see, but he can feel just like how I am feeling his excitement,
" it looks like a sports game,
oh...so you like to play boxing, then why didn't you agree with your father?"
" because I don't want to end up like him"
"What...!!" I exclaimed, " what does that mean?"
he sighed with grief, I could feel that,
"He was a famous boxer, but in a match, he was injured brutally and..."
"And...what?" I asked curiously
" four of his ribs were amputated, I still can't forget his screams those two years,"
I have nothing to say, I knew there must be something behind every story.
"Why are you making this game?" I questioned just go hear him the answer I know,
"my father, he can't play physically but he loves to train, I wished to make a visualizing boxing game for him"
I knew that I wanted to hug him for his thoughtfulness, but I can't hug myself,
" Ok, you met with the right person, my boy,"
I opened it and inspected its flaws,
"uhh... it might take a long but we can finish it on time"
I concluded, and seem to be very excited.
But his father was disappointed with his behavior,
he didn't talk much, it was a vocational time of the school, well that's a relief for me, I hate school and don't want to go back,
I was happy, he planned to complete the game in ten days, by his father's birthday, to gift him.
It was a nice thought, I don't know when I became emotional, I never understood these things before,
The time was limited but the one dealing with this project was a genius of course,
I worked on it day and night, honestly, I wanted to see the happiness on that man's face, who hugged me like a father.
Ten days passed away and the game was almost done,
Sam was so excited to see his father's expressions when he will use that game and somewhere inside I was excited too.
In the process of making his dream come true, I forgot that he was just a sixteen years old boy and working overly, his body might not take it, and unfortunately, I need his body to work on,
As a result of straining, he fell sick, and my time was limited, I do want to complete it on time, it was just a little more left, I was done with the programming and just a step behind my goal, but due to high fever, I fell unconscious.
I got up after two days, I don't know what happened but, when I counted it was my last day in his body, his father's birthday was today, and we were supposed to complete the game by today but I fainted... actually... we fainted for two days,
I hurried the work just to see that one smile on his father's face, it was already evening and my work was still incomplete, Sam's father was restless now because he probably never saw Sam sick like this before, I was about to click the launch button, but his father barged in furiously,
" What the hell do you think you are doing? If you don't want to train, that's fine, but have you seen yourself, why are you doing this?"
"Dad... a...a... " I couldn't understand what to say because I don't want to spoil Sam's surprise,
so I didn't tell him the truth,
he started yelling at me again,
" No you won't listen to me, I did this to you, I bought you this demon," he pointed towards the computer,
" and I think I had to destroy it so that I can save you from this demon," he said and moved towards that computer, I rushed to it but I was a bit away from it, I closed my eyes out of anxiety, and when I opened my eyes, I was in the bright land...
"Shit...!!!"
