Chapter 46: Chapter46: Celebration

A little over a week after Morgan marked Chase as his mate Morgan told Chase that he wanted to throw a feast to celebrate. Chase agreed, finding Morgan’s excitement over it to be adorable.

Chase accompanied Morgan to the hunter’s shack and helped him prepare to go out. He folded Morgan’s clothes and put them away while Morgan tended to his nails and got ready to go on a hunt.

After Morgan and the hunting party left Chase went back to the manor to help the rest of the pack get ready for the feast. He was helping set up the grills when Simon walked up to him with a basket of vegetables.

“Anything I can do to help?” Simon asked, setting the basket down on one of the outdoor tables.

Chase looked over at him as he set the grate back down on one of the gills. He smiled at the healer. “Could you go inside and get some more utensils?”
