"Underestimating a beast can get you killed," Lucas said. "Look at its eyes… the hunger in it. Look…" Lucas jumped and avoided the beast that was full of small cuts. "Look at Miu. It's doing its best to attack the beast."

"How could I look at it!" Rosalind screamed. She had been running, trying her best to live, and he wanted her to look at Miu? She then ducked and rolled and silently called Lucas a few bad names. "They wanted to eat me!" She screamed.

No one in their right mind would drag their wife onto the battlefield just to train them when they were supposed to pretend they were a married couple!

She came to Lonyth with him, thinking she would be there to heal the King! Who would have thought that he would bring her here for some training?
