"Marx, is it you?" Princess Amaya's voice quivered when she asked softly.

The man's body tensed, and in a hoarse voice, he replied, "You've confused me with someone else, Princess."

Princess Amaya felt disappointed. Was she wrong? Why would he deny being Marx? Did he no longer want her? Did he have someone new in his heart?

In the stillness of the night, Princess Amaya stealthily made her way back to her bedroom, the soft glow of the moonlight illuminating her path. It was around 4:00 a.m., and a sense of urgency filled the air as she wanted to inspect the data that had been stolen by ExZee. Yet, weariness weighed heavily upon her, and after a soothing bath, she succumbed to the embrace of sleep.

"I'm sorry, Aya. The time isn't right," whispered the shadow as it bent down to gently kiss the sleeping figure on the forehead before slipping out through the window.
