Chapter 288: You Are Far More Beautiful Than Her

A chilly silence ensued after Marx retorted Nathalia angrily.

Amaya felt warmth in her heart. After her Daddy Ibrahim died, only Marx protected her to the same extent as her Dad did.

Nathalia's face turned white like a paper. She lost her composure as Marx continued to stare at her with a piercing gaze.

"I am sorry, Princess," Nathalia uttered subconsciously. She felt that if she did not apologize, Marx Skylar would strangle her.

Stephane's raised his eyebrows.

"As expected of the domineering Marx Skylar. You could make even the most stubborn and spoiled brat of the Pracelas apologize with just a look." There was sarcasm in Stephane's voice.

Marx glanced at Stephane indifferently. They used to be the best of buddies but when he continued to blame him for something that he did not do, he did not care about him anymore. He retracted his gaze and shifted it to Amaya.
