Chapter 88: Goddess of the Mortal World

Prince Ibarra who was about to grin broadly because of the king's praise for his second daughter froze.  He gave Nelida who sitting beside her a helpless look.  He hoped that she has prepared Amaya to do some performance.  Ibarra kept silent.

"You try this wine first King Hebrio.  This wine is fermented using wild berries from the island of Miraga.  My granddaughter also said that this contains powdered tiger bones and rare mushrooms."  King poured the wine on the golden goblet that Ibrahim gifted him.

King Hebrio studied the goblet and he could tell that it was made of gold.  He also noticed the inscription at the base.  He smelled the wine and found it to be intoxicating.  He took a gulp and felt that the red liquid was smooth and soothing to the throat.  He swallowed it and the liquid left a sweet, bitter and tangy aftertaste on his mouth.

"This is good.  I love it."  The King of Albania downed the remaining wine in one go.
